Operated by: Logiqcube Consulting
Effective Date: 16 July 2026
Version: 1.0
This Privacy Policy explains how LogiqCube Consulting collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with LogiqAssist (the "Service"), a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets teams upload documents and ask natural-language questions answered with citations back to those documents. This Policy is drafted with reference to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Cookie Policy.
Where the DPDP Act or other applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis for processing, we rely on your consent (given at sign-up and through continued use of the Service) and, where applicable, on the necessity of processing to perform our contract with you (providing the Service you have requested).
To generate embeddings and AI-derived answers, the Service sends relevant document content and questions to third-party AI model providers, including Google's Gemini API. To host the Service, we use third-party cloud infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf and are expected to maintain appropriate safeguards, but you should be aware that document content and questions may be transmitted to, and processed by, these third parties as part of delivering the Service.
The Service is currently hosted on shared hosting infrastructure (managed via a Plesk control panel). Because the Service runs in a shared hosting environment, the underlying servers may be operated or maintained by a third-party hosting provider. In addition, our third-party AI model provider(s) may process data on infrastructure located outside that region. As a result, some data may be transferred internationally, or handled by third-party infrastructure providers, as part of hosting the Service and generating answers. Where required by applicable law, we take steps intended to ensure such transfers are subject to adequate safeguards.
We retain uploaded documents, conversation history, and associated data for as long as your workspace remains active, or as needed to provide the Service. When a document or account is deleted, we intend to remove the associated data within 30 days of the deletion request, except where retention is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. This retention and deletion policy is under active development and will be finalized prior to general availability.
The Service is designed so that one workspace's documents, conversations, and data are not accessible to users of another workspace, under any circumstance. We treat this as a core security requirement of the Service.
We implement technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No system can be guaranteed fully secure, and we encourage you not to upload documents containing highly sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for your use case, given the Service is not currently designed for highly regulated industries.
Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to file a grievance regarding our handling of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@logiqcube.com.
The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our separate Cookie Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the effective date above will be updated accordingly.
