These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of LogiqAssist (the "Service"), a multi-tenant SaaS platform operated by Logiqcube Consulting, registered at B Tower / A wing 301, Gratte Ciel, Opp. Kalyan Party Plot. Vasna Road, Vadodara. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LogiqAssist lets a team upload documents (such as policies, contracts, onboarding guides, and technical specifications) into a private workspace, then ask natural-language questions and receive answers generated from those documents, with citations linking each answer back to the source document and passage. The Service is not a general-purpose AI chatbot: it is designed to answer only from documents uploaded to your workspace, and to decline to answer where it cannot identify a supporting source.
The Service is intended for business and professional use by teams and organizations. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. The current version of the Service is designed for general business use cases and is not intended for, and should not be relied on for, highly regulated industries requiring specialized compliance certifications, or for deployments requiring on-premise hosting.
Use of the Service requires a registered account belonging to one or more workspaces. Workspace administrators may invite or remove teammates. In the current version of the Service, access within a workspace is workspace-wide: all members of a workspace can access all documents and conversations within that workspace. There is no per-document access restriction within a workspace at this time. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided at registration, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. By uploading User Content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, index, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you and your workspace, including generating embeddings and AI-derived answers. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
Answers produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence models based on the documents in your workspace. While every answer is designed to include a citation to a source document and passage, AI-generated answers may still be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, including in cases where a citation is provided. The Service is designed to decline to answer when it cannot locate a supporting source, but this safeguard may not catch every case. You are responsible for independently verifying any answer before relying on it for decisions of consequence. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
The current version of the Service is offered on a free-tier basis, and the Company does not collect payment for use of the Service at this time. The Company reserves the right to introduce paid plans in the future, with advance notice to Users before any charges apply to their account. Once introduced, pricing and billing terms will be governed by an updated version of these Terms and, where applicable, a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to ensure that one workspace's data is not accessible to another workspace. Further detail on data handling is set out in our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on third-party AI model providers (including Google's Gemini API) to process documents and generate answers, and on third-party infrastructure providers to host the Service. Use of the Service is subject to the availability and performance of these third-party providers, and your use of the Service constitutes acknowledgment that document content and questions may be transmitted to such providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to the Company's intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or for operational, security, or legal reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Service, and may delete your account or workspace, at any time. Effects of deletion are described in our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and including no warranty that AI-generated answers will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated answers.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara city.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Users through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
